Altar No. 7 is the latest expression in our pursuit of extraordinary espresso—a seasonal release bringing together two exceptional coffees from producers whose dedication to quality and innovation is reflected in every cup.
At its heart is a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Beloya Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, where hundreds of smallholder farmers cultivate heirloom varieties at high altitude. It brings vibrant notes of blueberry, raspberry and delicate florals, underpinned by a rich chocolate sweetness.
Layered alongside is an exceptional 120-hour fermented lot from La Cabaña in Huila, Colombia. Produced by Danilo Pérez and his family, this remarkable coffee contributes vivid tropical fruit, blackcurrant and rose, adding depth, sweetness and a striking level of complexity.
